Tantissimi prodotti tipici da leccarsi i baffi. La focaccia al mais è veramente spettacolare per non parlare dei dolci. I proprietari sono giovani e gentilissimi.

Pane, focaccia e pizza buonissimi! La focaccia specialmente ha quel gusto di una volta, e il pane ne hanno di molti tipi diversi. Fanno anche prodotti dolci e gastronomia ma non li ho mai comprati.

Io mangio insipido da sempre , ho quindi un palato particolarmente sensibile che mi permette di sentirti i gusti e i retrogusti.
Se io,che di tempo ne ha pochissimo,dedico del tempo a scrivere recensioni vuol dire che veramente se lo meritano.
Pane schiaccie pizzette eccellenti. Io viaggio moltissimo e compro le pizze napoletane del forno, e le tengo sul cruscotto a scaldarsi . A parte l'inebriante profumo che innonda l'abitacolo, le pizze caldissime esprimono i loro profumi e i sapori.
Ultimamente hanno iniziato a servire gli arancini siciliani. Eccezionali. Volgiamo parlare dei cannoli siciliani fatti al momento come meglio credi.
Ma il massimo, quello che li proietta nell 'Olimpo dei gusti con un livello imbattibile è il panettone. Il profumo i sapori , e i componenti di altissima qualità assoluta. Canditi e uvetta di cui è pieno creano un armonia di sapori e profumi unici al mondo in un dolce.
Io vivo dove vengono realizzati dai forni ottimi panettoni , ma questo è su un altro piano , un altra cosa.
Sono appassionato di cucina e vero buon gustaio, sfido chiunque a contraddirmi
